Ayala Moriel is originally from Clil and one of the pioneers in modern natural oil perfumery.
In 2001, Ayala founded Ayala Moriel Parfums in Vancouver, Canada. Since then, she has devoted her life to designing fragrances, natural perfumes, and developing original and refreshing products.
In 2006 she published her first book, Foundation of Natural Perfumery, and opened the Ayala Moriel School of Perfumery and the Center for Aromatic Arts.
Over the years, students have flocked from around the world to master the art of perfumery.
Since then, Ayala has returned to Clil and established her studio. Around the studio there is a well-kept perfume garden, where perfume and nature lovers can explore local plants and learn about the perfume manufacturing process.
Ayala Moriel from the village Clil is one of the few natural, modern perfume makers in the world.
Western Galilee Now is a registered non-profit grassroots organization (NGO) promoting awareness and appreciation for the region’s boutique wines, beers, food and produce, along with its cultural diversity, its historic traditions and the area’s scenic routes nestled between the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea acting as a Chamber of Commerce to boutique tourism operators in the region.
We expose the visitors to the unique heritage and hospitality through workshops, culinary events, art, music, guides tours, festivals and also through our Tourist Information Center in Akko, owned by JNF USA which we were chosen to operate since Jan. 2016.
Our vision is to develop local and foreign tourism based on close cooperation between all the interested parties in the region.
