Buza Ice cream – simply ice cream!

Ice cream isn’t one thing. Just like colors, like songs, like people – we have many different kinds of ice cream: For example:
“Rich Chocolate” – sturdy and serious, mature and dependable, and “Grapefruit Arak” – young, fresh and unexpected. Or how about “Mascarpone and Fig,” which makes it difficult to know whether the flavors are from here or  somewhere else, and then there’s “Vanilla” – a nostalgic ice cream that recalls our childhood. And there are lots more: “Cherry” – a flavor that symbolizes the spring – it’s here and then almost immediately it’s gone, and the ice cream that we love so much we named it after us, “Buza Cream,” and the ice cream that blows our minds  and that we’ve named after a  constellation in the northern sky,  “Cassiopeia.” And then there are the bashful flavors that emerge only rarely and late at night, when almost no one is watching, like “Red Wine Sorbet,” as well as weird ice creams that belong in a different story altogether, like for instance “Sorbet Wasabi” With Apples.  And they are all super fresh and handmade.
