A tour of the Buza factory on Kibbutz Sasa

We  would love to share our love for ice cream with you.  It’s worthwhile coming to visit us and taking part in a tasting tour.
“At Buza we believe that when you really love something, the best thing you can do is to share it. That’s why we opened our  plant for everyone to see, and decided to share our secret recipes with anyone who is interested, including with you.”

These words, taken from the movie that is screened at Buza House, express our vision. We simply want to include you in the fun process of making ice cream, and in the daily adventure that is Buza.
As in every ice cream parlor, we offer a wide range of possibilities. The rest is up to you and your appetite.
The tours take place at Buza House on Kibbutz Sasa.

Group Workshops (designed for adults)
The “One Scoop” tour includes:

A movie
A talk about Buza
A  presentation on the difference between industrial ice cream and Buza ice cream
Basic tasting (two kinds: sorbet and gelato)
The tour takes about thirty minutes.
The “Two Scoop” tour includes:
A movie
A talk about Buza
Full tasting (five kinds)
A tour of the plant
Duration of the tour: some 45 minutes

The “Three Scoop” tour includes:
Reception: Coffee Affogato
A movie
A talk about Buza
Demonstration of ice cream making
Full tasting (5 kinds)
Tour of the plant
Duration of the tour:  some sixty minutes.

The minimum number of participants for group tours is 15, the maximum 50.

How is it conducted?

Maximum num
ber of partipants in tours, 25.The tour is for all participants from age 3 to 120.
For those wishing to join a tour without prior registration, participation is on the basis of  available space. The tours leave punctually. Latecomers will wait for the next tour.
Prices include VAT.
